OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated October 12, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 25 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to name the chartered accounting firm of KPMG as auditors for the purposes of
Section 25 of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act for a term of three (3) years effective November 15, 2012, and upon the mutual agreement of KPMG and the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, the term may be extended annually for a further period not to exceed two (2) years in total.
