OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 6, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 307 of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting a Segway pilot project in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 4, 2014.
