OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 22, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 24 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 22, 2013, to assign responsibility for the Office of Aboriginal Affairs to the Honourable Stephen McNeil, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Aboriginal Affairs.
