OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 22, 1998, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose certain surplus lands being Parcel "A" containing 4,833 square feet and Parcel "B" containing 8,932 square feet, more or less situate at or near Comeau's Hill, Yarmouth County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" respectively and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to William R. Murphy and Patricia A. Murphy of Comeau's Hill, Yarmouth County, in exchange for other lands required for highway purposes; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
