OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated March 22, 2001 pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, as amended, is pleased to approve the making of appointments by the Natural Products Marketing Council approved by the Governor in Council as follows: (1) appoint Dave Livingstone of Truro, Colchester County as Project Coordinator to the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council during pleasure, effective April 1, 2001; and (2) appoint Lynne Faulkner of Truro, Colchester County as Administrative Support to the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council during pleasure, effective April 1, 2001; and (3) revoke paragraph (

f) of Order in Council 1999-86, dated March 3, 1999, deleting the appointment of George Burris as Secretary to the Natural Products Marketing Council and by this order appoint George Burris as General Manager of the Natural Products Marketing Council during pleasure, effective April 1, 2001.
