Order in Council 414/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of O. Reg. 279/99 made under the Development Corporations Act , Order in Council numbered OC 156/2023 dated February 09, 2023 reappointing Mara Bakic of Toronto as member and redesignating her as vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation, be revoked effective March 31, 2023.
