OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Public Works dated January 26, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased, effective on and after February 22, 2024, to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in an amount not to exceed that approved by the Executive Council to complete the Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department redevelopment.
