Order in Council 1759/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 89(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Marian Jacko of Mississauga be appointed the Children’s Lawyer for the Province of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1135/2010 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
