OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated April 11, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) convey those 8,822.8 square metres of public lands at or near the Town of Shelburne, described in
Schedule "A" and shown crosshatched in red on
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (
b) convey the lands to Charles B. Swansburg in exchange for other lands required for a sidewalk for the Shelburne High School; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
