Order in Council 1651/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 , as amended,

Catherine McLinden

of Toronto be reappointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective from the 30th day of December 2022.
