Order in Council 1015/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Scott Baker of Peterborough, appointed by Order in Council numbered O.C. 615/2023 as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Peterborough County – City Health Unit, has resigned from his appointment effective March 12, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, O.C. 615/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
