OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated April 20, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Roger J. Bennett of R.R.#3 Centreville, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council, for a term of office commencing May 7, 2004, and ending March 31, 2007; (

b) appoint Ken Peacock of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council, as the representative of the Nova Scotia Milk Processors' Division of the Atlantic Dairy Council for a term of office commencing May 7, 2004, and ending March 31, 2007; (

c) determine the rate of remuneration for performing duties as a member to be $100 per day; and (

d) determine that reasonable expenses that are necessarily incurred by the member in carrying out his duties shall be paid to the member in accordance with Provincial Government policy.
