OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated October 22, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Canada Revenue Agency for Establishing an Administrative Framework for the Provision of Protected Information, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
