OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 11, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as represented by the Deputy Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, on behalf of the Province, entering into a Memorandum of Understanding Respecting the Harmonization of Special Permit Conditions for Operation of Long Combination Vehicles in Eastern Canada with the Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick.
