Order in Council 1364/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4 (1) of the Royal Botanical Gardens Act, 1989 , O.C. 559/2020 dated March 25, 2020 appointing Dan Muys as a member of the board of directors of the Royal Botanical Gardens be revoked, effective September 22, 2021.
