Fees

1 The fees prescribed in this regulation shall be paid to the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs for services under The Manitoba Evidence Act .

2 The fees are as follows:

(

a) commissioner for oaths, fee for appointment:

$50.00

(

b) commissioner for oaths, taken outside the Province of Manitoba for use therein, fee for appointment:

$65.00

(

c) notary public, fee for appointment with expiration:

$140.00

(

d) notary public, fee for appointment without expiration:

$225.00

(

e) commissioner for oaths, fee for renewal of appointment:

$25.00

(

f) notary public, fee for renewal of appointment:

$70.00

(

g) certificate as to the appointment of a notary public, commissioner for oaths, and other similar appointments made under any other statute:

$12.00

(

h) fee for duplicate copy of commission as a commissioner for oaths, notary public, or any other similar commission issued under any other statute:

$17.50

M.R. 71/2001

2 Les droits sont les suivants :

a) pour la nomination d'un commissaire à l'assermentation,

50,00 $;

b) pour la nomination d'un commissaire à l'assermentation devant recevoir, à l'extérieur de la province, des serments qui seront amenés en preuve au Manitoba

65,00 $;

c) pour la nomination d'un notaire public, avec date d'expiration

140,00 $;

d) pour la nomination d'un notaire public, sans date d'expiration

225,00 $;

e) pour le renouvellement de la nomination d'un commissaire à l'assermentation

25,00 $;

f) pour le renouvellement de la nomination d'un notaire public

70,00 $;

g) pour un certificat attestant la nomination d'un notaire public ou d'un commissaire à l'assermentation ou toute autre nomination semblable faite en application d'une autre loi

12,00 $;

h) pour un duplicata d'une commission d'un commissaire à l'assermentation ou d'un notaire public ou de toute autre commission semblable délivrée en application d'une autre loi

3 Manitoba Regulation 143/89 is repealed.

Abrogation

Coming into force

4 This regulation comes into force on January 1, 1994.
