Order in Council 677/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1946/2012, dated December 6, 2012, the Action Committee on Youth Opportunities was established to provide advice to the former Minister of Children and Youth Services on specific initiatives under Ontario's Youth Action Plan announced on August 22, 2012, and provide such other assistance as may be required by the Minister;

And

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1947/2012, dated December 6, 2012, the remuneration rates of the Members of the Action Committee on Youth Opportunities were determined;

And

whereas Order in Council numbered O.C. 1946/2012, dated December 6, 2012, was amended by Order in Council numbered O.C. 352/2013, dated March 20, 2013;

And

whereas the Government of Ontario wishes to revoke Orders in Council numbered O.C. 1946/2012, O.C. 1947/2012 and O.C. 352/2013;

Therefore , Orders in Council numbered O.C. 1946/2012, O.C. 1947/2012 and O.C. 352/2013 are hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
