OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be Acting Minister of Agriculture and Marketing, Acting Minister of Natural Resources and Acting Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture from 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 3, 2000 until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 6, 2000: The Honourable Ronald S. Russell; and To be appointed as Justices of the Peace in and for the Province of Nova Scotia: Patricia Anderson of Antigonish, Antigonish County, while employed with the Department of Justice; and Lorna Chisholm of Antigonish, Antigonish County, while employed with the Department of Justice.
