OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated November 8, 2018 and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and subsection 8(
a) of
Chapter 315 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Museum Act , is pleased to authorize capital investment in the Nova Scotia Museum up to the amount of $3.6 million.
