OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated January 11, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 213 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Housing Development Corporation Act, is pleased to authorize the Nova Scotia Housing Development Corporation to enter into an amendment to the CMHC-Nova Scotia Affordable Housing Agreement with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such additional agreements as are necessary to implement this agreement.
