Order in Council 1678/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, Order in Council O.C. 1351/2016, Order in Council O.C. 1352/2016, Order in Council O.C. 1353/2016 and Order in Council O.C. 1354/2016 be revoked;

and further that pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1355/2016 be revoked.
