OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 24, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2005, the Dispensing Opticians Act , is pleased to appoint Betty Thomas of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a public representative on the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians for a term of three (3) years commencing April 27, 2023.
