Order in Council 663/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Joshua Labbe of Hamilton be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending March 27, 2026.

Further,

Whereas Joshua Labbe was appointed as a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 28, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 460/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 460/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
