OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated June 3, 1998, pursuant to subsections 4(1), (2), (3), (4) and (6) of
Chapter 262 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Livestock Health Services Act is pleased to make the following appointments to various Municipal Livestock Health Services Boards effective May 1, 1998 and ending April 30, 2000: (1) appoint Rollie Lynds of R.R.#5 Tatamagouche, Colchester County and Robert Mingo of R.R.#5 Tatamagouche, Colchester County to the Colchester North Livestock Health Services Board; (2) appoint Raymond Dulong of R.R.#3 Tusket, Yarmouth County and June Tedford of R.R.#3 Yarmouth, Yarmouth County to the Western Nova Scotia Livestock Health Services Board; (3) appoint Brady Hennigar of R.R.#3 Chester Basin, Lunenburg County, Sherman Palmer of R.R.#3 Lunenburg, Lunenburg County and Gerard van Dyk of R.R.#1 Caledonia, Region of Queens Municipality to the Lunenburg Queens Chester Livestock Health Services Board; (4) appoint Andrew Van Dommelen of South Side Boularderie, Victoria County and Ian MacLean of R.R.#3 Baddeck, Victoria County to the Victoria Livestock Health Services Board; (5) appoint Alan Jackson of North Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality and Nina Lynch of R.R.#1 Bras d'Or, Cape Breton Regional Municipality to the Cape Breton County Livestock Health Services Board; (6) appoint Byron MacGregor of R.R.#1 Merigomish, Pictou County and David Shaw of R.R.#1 Hopewell, Pictou County to the Pictou East Livestock Health Services Board; (7) appoint Gary Henderson of R.R.#2 Scotsburn, Pictou County and Bruce MacKenzie of Scotsburn, Pictou County to the Pictou West Livestock Health Services Board; (8) appoint Elsie Bond of Upper Rawdon, Hants County and John van de Riet of R.R.#1 Shubenacadie, Hants County to the Hants East Livestock Health Services Board; (9) appoint Annie Wilson of R.R.#1 Falmouth, Hants County and Andrew Marsh of Hantsport, Hants County to the Hants West Livestock Health Services Board.
