Section of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended L’article de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2000, est modifié (

a) in subsection (3.4) by striking out “For the taxation year and subsequent taxation years,” and substituting “For the to taxation years, inclusive,”;

a) au paragraphe (3.4), par la suppression de « Pour l’année d’imposition et les années d’im- position subséquentes, » et son remplacement par « Pour les années d’imposition 2016 à 2020, inclusi- vement, »; (

b) by adding after subsection (3.4) the following:

b) in subparagraph (d)(ii) by striking out “$14,361” and substituting “$17,840”.
