On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Cannabis Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 202/2018, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 5 (1) (p.1) of the Cannabis Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 202/2018, is repealed.
