B.C. Reg. 161/2008 , deposited June 26, 2008, pursuant to the PROTECTED AREAS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (CONSERVANCIES AND PARKS) AMENDMENT Act , 2008 [Section 14]. Order in Council 437/2008, approved and ordered June 26, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) effective June 27, 2008, the following provisions of the Protected Areas of British Columbia (Conservancies and Parks) Amendment Act, 2008 , S.B.C. 2008, c. 26, are brought into force:

(

i) section 5 (a);

(ii)

section 7, insofar as it establishes Denison-Bonneau Park, Eagle River Park, Mara Meadows Park and Wap Creek Park;

(iii)

section 9, except insofar as it establishes Broughton Archipelago Conservancy, Burdwood Group Conservancy, Kingcome Estuary Conservancy, K'zuzált/Twin Two Conservancy and Polkinghorne Islands Conservancy;

(iv)

section 11, and

(

b) effective July 11, 2008, the following provisions of the Protected Areas of British Columbia (Conservancies and Parks) Amendment Act, 2008 , are brought into force:

(

i) section 5 (b);

(ii)

section 7, insofar as it establishes Atna River Park and Morice Lake Park;

(iii)

section 9, insofar as it establishes K'zuzált/Twin Two Conservancy.
