b) of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, and clause 18(1)(
a) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of H. Ramsay Duff as member and Deputy Chair of the Workers' Compensation Board effective April 23, 2007.
