Order in Council 1464/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Patrick M. Case was reappointed part-time member and re-designated as Chair of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario for a term of three years, effective October 20, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1135/2015;

And

whereas Patrick M. Case tendered his resignation effective July 7, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 45.14(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 1135/2015 be revoked effective July 7, 2017.
