OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 3, 1999, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 20,919 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Lantz, Hants County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to Versailles Holdings Limited of Elmsdale, Hants County, for the price of $1,150.00 and other consideration in the form of lands adjacent to Green Road upon which Versailles Holdings Limited will construct a cul-de-sac, such lands conveyed to Versailles Holdings Limited to be subject to an easement in favour of the Municipality of East Hants for the purpose of accessing and maintaining municipal services; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
