OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 19, 2006, pursuant to Order in Council 2001-492 and pursuant to Sections 2(c), 3(1)(a), 3(1)(d), and 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the sale of the marine railway lands, at or near the Pictou Shipyard lands, to BPI Industries Limited on terms generally as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 19, 2006; (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
