Statute: Pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 Pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated March 14, 2012, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to

Section 96 of the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to all other authority in him vested is pleased to: (

a) approve the appointment of Mary Lee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of four (4) years commencing May 8, 2012 and ending May 7, 2016; and (

b) authorize the payment of $100.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to the member of the Board for work involving the Trade Centre Limited.
