OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated August 10, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 25, 26 and 27 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to: (

a) designate Roy Surette, appointed as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board by Order in Council 2008-111 dated March 26, 2008, as Interim Chair of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board, effective September 15, 2009; (

b) designate Paula McQuinn, appointed as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board by Order in Council 2007-454 dated August 28, 2007, as Interim Vice Chair of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board, effective September 15, 2009; (

c) determine the rate of remuneration for carrying out duties as Chair to be $150 per day; (

d) determine the rate of remuneration for carrying out duties as Vice Chair to be $100 per day; and (

e) determine that reasonable expenses incurred by the Chair and Vice Chair in the performance of their duties shall be paid in accordance with provincial government policy.
