B.C. Reg. 285/2006, deposited October 20, 2006, pursuant to the RAILWAY SAFETY ACT [Sections 9 and 21 (2)]. Ministerial Order M243/2006, dated September 11, 2006.

I, Rich Coleman, Minister of Forests and Range and Minister Responsible for Housing, order that the table in

section 7 of the Railway Safety Adopted Provisions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 210/2004, is amended

(

a) in column 2, item 3, by adding "The

section is renumbered as

section 25 (1) and the following subsection is added:

(2) The Agency may award costs in any proceeding before it.",

(

b) in column 1, item 5, by striking out "Sections 27 and 28" and substituting "Sections 27, 28 and 29 (1)",

(

c) in column 2, item 5, by adding "In

Section 29 (1), the words "or this Act or a regulation made under subsection (2) provides otherwise" are removed", and

(

d) in column 2, item 8, by striking out "In

section 101 (4) "(Canada)" is added after the words "Railway Safety Act" and substituting "Section 101 (4) is removed.".
