Statute: Dispensing Opticians Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 1, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 131 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dispensing Opticians Act, and

Section 44A of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Dispensing Opticians, each for a two year term commencing May 1, 2005, and ending April 30, 2007: Thomas Burlock of Truro, Colchester County; Gregory J. Gillam of Truro, Colchester County; and Marion Landers of Amherst, Cumberland County; (

b) appoint the following person as a member of the Board of Dispensing Opticians for a two year term commencing May 1, 2005, and ending April 30, 2007: Lorne Ostrov of Timberlea, Halifax Regional Municipality.
