OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated January 5, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint J. Ronald (Ron) Surette of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a Director to the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board representing the public, for a term of three years commencing January 28, 2022; and (
b) appoint Sharon Johnson-Legere of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a Director to the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board representing the public, for a term of three years commencing January 28, 2022.
