OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 31, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 56 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Canso Causeway Act , and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Memorandum of Agreement (the “MOA”) with the Government of Canada as represented by the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and Minister Responsible for the Canadian Coast Guard, in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such minor variations as do not materially change the nature of the MOA effective on and after November 28, 2017.
