Order in Council 1479/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Highway Transport Board Act, David Bradley, of Burlington, be appointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Ontario Highway Transport Board for a period of one year, effective November 15, 2020.
