OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 8, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 2 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1992, the Conservation Easements Act, is pleased, with the consent of the owners, to designate as a natural area pursuant to the Conservation Easements Act lands located at Crows Nest, Guysborough County, the said lands more particularly described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
