OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated February 23, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Edward M. MacNeil of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2010 and a Labour member of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2010; (

b) fix the remuneration of Edward M. MacNeil at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) or the Construction Industry Panel, in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

c) re-appoint Dannie MacDonald of South Bar, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an alternate Labour member of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2010; and (

d) fix the remuneration of Dannie MacDonald at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Construction Industry Panel, in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
