OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Administration of the Liquor Control Act dated December 16, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 7A and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended by

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to By-law 2 made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated December 10, 2004, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after January 1, 2005.
