OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated April 19, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 27 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Claude Poirier of Cheticamp, Inverness County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board, made by Order in Council 2021-23 dated January 28, 2021, effective May 9, 2023.
