OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 25, 2007, pursuant to subsection (6) of
Section 63 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2006, the Financial Measures
(2006) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 21 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2006, the Financial Measures
(2006) Act, do come into force on and not before February 6, 2007 with effect on and after January 1, 2006.
