B.C. Reg. 595/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 1221/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by repealing Column 2 of Item 30 and substituting the following:

Passenger Transportation Act

Motor Carrier Act and Regulations .

Schedule 2 is amended by striking out the heading " Passenger Transportation Act : Passenger Transportation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 266/2004" and substituting " Passenger Transportation Act " and, under that heading,

(

a) in Column 2, by adding "with directions of a peace officer" after "Failure to comply", and

(

b) by striking out "section 57 (2) (c) (i)" and everything shown opposite it in Columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 and "sections 57 (2) (c) (ii)" and everything shown opposite it in Columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 and substituting the following:
