CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Financial Administration Act, 1993 (Assented to December 3, 2008) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Financial Administration Amendment Act, 2008. S.S. 1993, c.F-13.4,

section 14.1 amended Subclause 14.1(4)(a)(ii) of The Financial Administration Act, 1993 is repealed and the following substituted: “(ii) must not exceed two-twelfths of each of those sums”.
