OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated July 14, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective July 29, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services entering into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $2,200,000 in capital funding in respect of the purchase of additional licenses for replication software.
