CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Drainage Act [Assented to March 31, 1954] Rev. Stat. c.314 The Drainage Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1954, c.81, s.1.

Section amended

Section is amended by inserting after the word “work” in the fourth line the following: “and the installation of all control gates and ditch blocks, whether within or outside the drainage district,”. 1954, c.81, s.2.

Section amended

Section is amended by adding thereto the following subsection: “

(3) Nothing done under
