On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 437/2014 dated March 19, 2014 that reappointed

Rose Silvestro of Elora

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked, effective May 4, 2016, as the member has resigned.
