Order in Council 810/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas , pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care wishes to establish an Expert Panel for the All-Hazard Investigation of Well Water in Chatham-Kent (“Panel”) comprised of no more than five members.

Therefore , pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act :

The members shall be compensated at the rate of $723 per diem to a maximum of 78 days.

The members shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Panel in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
