On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , Hugh Wilkins of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term effective the later of April 2, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending December 31, 2019.
